Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 4 small or 2 large potatoes
🌱 1 medium zucchini, shredded and drained
🌱 1/3 cup cheese (i used cleanest df feta I found)
🌱Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast and/ or splash of oil to drive more crispiness (all these are optional)
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Peel and boil your potatoes for 10 min then shred. Combine with zucchini and cheese and the rest of ingredients if using. Form the shape you like then bake at 425F for 35-40 min flipping half way through

1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
