Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
🌱 1/2 cup nut butter (I used cashew)
🌱 150 g (1 1/2 bars) clean chocolate

🌱 up to 1/3 cup date syrup (optional)
🌱 splash of vanilla (optional)
🌱 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

🍫 1 bar (100g) clean chocolate to coat

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 In a processor blend chickpeas and nut butter. Add melted chocolate and combine. Test- if not sweet enough for your liking add syrup. Scoop out the batter and let it set in the freezer for 15 min. Roll into balls then dip into melted chocolate and set another 15 minutes
