2- INGREDIENTS GRAINLESS TORTILLAS

Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes and healing tips 😍 This recipe is inspired by a blog powerhungry dot com 🙏🏻 Tortillas/ wraps are something we struggle eating healthy as it’s close to impossible to get high quality ones at stores… Add allergies to it and it gets even harder! These tortillas are so tasty you’ll be mind- blown, so easy and fast to make and not much cleaning either! As long as you follow recipe to the t they are 100% full- proof 😍

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 3/4 heaping cup pumpkin seeds
🌱 3 tbsp psyllium husk flakes
🌱 1/2 cup water

Optionally add a pinch of salt but I didn’t and loved it like that 😍

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Grind your pumpkin seeds into flour, add psyllium and mix. Add water and combine
🌱 Let it rest for 5 min
🌱 Cut into 4 equal parts and using a rolling pin roll into tortillas in between 2 parchment papers. You can use bowls to shape if you don’t have tortilla press
🌱 Pan- fry in some heated oil of choice for a couple minutes for each side or use non toxic non- stick pan (i suggest granite coating)
