that will blow your mind 😍 Easy, delicious and nutritious, ready in 10 minutes! Chickpeas are giving us fiber & protein and zucchinis are one of the most healing veggies but not everyone’s fave so sometimes sneaking it in it is 😊

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 2 zucchinis (don’t peel- skin is loaded with nutrients)
🌱 1 cup chickpea flour (i used Bob’s Red Mill)

🌱 Spices- I used salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika and a bit tamari)- optional and u can put whatever u like 😊

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Grate zucchini and add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Don’t strain the water from zucchini- its packed with nutrients 😊 Handle like u would waffle batter 😊

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
