2- INGREDIENT NAAN without gluten or dairy!

Follow @waytohealthkitchen for more delicious recipes & healing tips 😍🙌🏻 For those that don’t know this about me and my Way to Health Kitchen brand- I don’t advocate for calorie or macro counting or for excluding entire group like bread, sweets etc… I advocate for knowing ingredients and understanding chemicals that keep us addicted to foods we eat and how they destroy our gut and that gut is ultimately responsible for all diseases we might be facing! I do advocate for abundance and variety (key word) of plant foods with different disease- fighting properties, flavonoids, phytonutrients etc but also eating sweets, breads, pizza when you crave it, just made better, home- made and with our health in mind! These are inspired by the Weight Watchers. So fast, so delicious and very soft! They don’t contain gluten or dairy or a bunch of other ingredients your store- bought naan might… Choose wisely ❤️

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS✨

🌱 1 1/4 cup self- rising flour + more
🌱 1 cup yogurt (I used almond Greek- style)

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS ✨

🌱 Flour that should be used here is self- rising flour. If you do not have it add 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt to your regular or Gluten- Free flour (all- purpose only)
🌱 Combine flour and yogurt with a spatula then continue using your hands. Divide into 4 parts. Using a well floured pin, roll them into flatbread on a well- floured surface. Keep adding flour to prevent from sticking
🌱 Pan- fry in a bit of avocado oil each side for a few minutes on medium heat
🌱 Feel free to spread some garlic- olive oil mix on top and sprinkle with parsley
