Ingredients

๐ฑ 1 1/4 cup self- rising flour + more
๐ฑ 1 cup yogurt (I used almond Greek- style)
Directions
โจ INSTRUCTIONS โจ
๐ฑ Flour that should be used here is self- rising flour. If you do not have it add 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt to your regular or Gluten- Free flour (all- purpose only)
๐ฑ Combine flour and yogurt with a spatula then continue using your hands. Divide into 4 parts. Using a well floured pin, roll them into flatbread on a well- floured surface. Keep adding flour to prevent from sticking
๐ฑ Pan- fry in a bit of avocado oil each side for a few minutes on medium heat
๐ฑ Feel free to spread some garlic- olive oil mix on top and sprinkle with parsley

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
