Ingredients

🌱 3 medium apples
🌱 3 cups chocolate

Directions

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Peel and slice apples then boil for 10 min. Drain and blend. Add melted chocolate and blend again, pour in a baking dish and bake at 350F for 40-45 min. Let it cool off then set in the fridge for 30 min. Optionally cover in melted chocolate or ganache (by mixing melted chocolate and coconut cream in 1:1 ratio).

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
