Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 lbs (500g) GF gnocchi
🌱 4 garlic cloves, minced
🌱 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
🌱 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
🌱 2/3 cup cashews
🌱 1 cup water
🌱 1 tsp turmeric, salt and pepper to taste
🌱 1 tbsp olive oil
🌱 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 In a bit of avocado oil sauté garlic and onion until translucent. Add carrots, cashews, water and spices, bring to a boil and let it cook for 15 min
🌱 Transfer to a blender, add olive oil and nutritional yeast, blend and pour over cooked gnocchi

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
