1 ingredient OIL- FREE CRISPY QUINOA with Brussels sprouts

Ingredients
✨ INGREDIENTS✨
🌱 1 cup uncooked quinoa
For Brussels sprouts ✨
🌱 1 lbs Brussels sprouts
🌱 Avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic
🌱 2 tbsp maple syrup
🌱 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
🌱 1/2 lime juiced
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Cook quinoa according to package instructions (wash prior). As soon as cooked spread out really thinly onto parchment paper and let it cool off. Throw into an oven set on broil and do 5 min intervals, mix up and put back until nice and crispy(took me 3 intervals or 15 min, but it will depend on how thin u spread and how close to the top you put) You’ll want your tray on the upper rack but don’t get to close to the flames.
🌱 Remove the ends of the Brussels and cut into halves. Throw oil and seasoning and bake at 425F for 30 min or so. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
🌱 Top with crispy quinoa and glaze with balsamic vinegar 😍

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
