🌱 HOME- MADE CHOCOLATE 🥰 5 minutes/ 3 ingredients

This chocolate is so tasty and super easy to make you wouldn’t believe it! I already tackled the ingredients leading chocolate brands put in their product and that made me go on a hunt for a home- made chocolate! Let me show you 🙌🏻

Ingredients

✨ INGREDIENTS ✨ 🌱 3 tbsp unrefined coconut sugar (organic) 🌱 6 tbsp cacao butter (organic) 🌱 5 tbsp cacao (organic)

Directions

🌱 Grind coconut sugar finely in a processor/ blender (optional bet it prevents it from sinking) 🌱 In a double broiler (pot with water with a smaller dry pot inside) add cacao butter and mix until melted (water shouldn’t bue boiling just heated on medium heat)- about 1-2 min 🌱 Add coconut sugar and stir to combine- about 1 minute 🌱 Add cacao and stir to combine everything – about 1 minute 🌱 Pour into a chocolate mould and freeze for about 45 min (or until hard) 🌱 Optional- add almonds/ hazelnuts/ raisins or whatever else you like in the middle of pouring chocolate into your mould 🙌🏻

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup quinoa 200g chocolate 1/4 cup almond butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Fry quinoa in a non- stick pan (with non- toxic coating) for a couple minutes until golden. Add to melted chocolate along with the nut butter. Divide and place into mold, and set in the fridge for 45min.
