🌱 3/4 cup peanuts (or other nuts)
🌱 3/4 cup cashews
🌱 1 cup almonds (I had 1/2 cup and used 1/2 cup pistachios
🌱 1/2 cup puffed quinoa or rice
🌱 1/4 cup brown rice syrup

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Spread the nuts onto baking sheet and bake at 325F for 10 min. Combine with the puffs in a big bowl. Warm up the syrup by stirring in for a couple of minutes in a small pot then pour over and mix until coated. Press onto 8×8 dish and bake for 20 min at the same temp. Let it cool off for 30 min then cut. Optionally drizzle chocolate.
