Ingredients

🌱 2 1/2 cups oats
🌱 3 cups water
🌱 pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine oats, water and salt if u wish in a blender, let it soak for 10-15 min and then blend. Let it sit again while warming up your pan (medium- high heat)
🌱 Oil your pan a bit with coconut oil and pour the batter (I got 6 out of these measures) flipping after couple minutes when they get bubbly (this batter is very easy to work with and doesn’t stick)
🌱 These are so soft and you can eat them as tortillas or even as crepes (spread out batter more if you want them thinner). If you want them to be less soft -flip the measurements and use 2.5 cups water & 3 cups oats
Tips:
1. The pan needs to be non- stick. I recommend agains teflon, aluminum, PFOA coating or those that contain lead & cadmium. I was lucky to find one with ceramic coating while in Serbia that’s so much better so please choose wisely!
